How does My order ship and When I receive same?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, destination and shipping service selected for your order. We offer UPS to provide the best service and ensure timely delivery. Times in transit as follows:
- UPS Ground: 1 – 6 business days (based on manifest origin and destination points)
- UPS Second Day: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day: 1 business day
- Other Air and Ground services available – transit time may vary based on origin and destination
- UPS Second Day Saturday and Next Day Saturday delivery service is available to most regions; exceptions do apply.
How do I track my order?
- When we ship your order you will receive a tracking number for your shipment on your email registered with us.
- Go to http://www.apps.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US#
- Copy paste your tracking number in Track by number box
- Click on track and see the status of your shipment
REFUSALS AND CANCELLATIONS
If I refuse or cancel an order will there be restocking Fees?
Unless otherwise determined by NexGen, any shipment refused by the customer will be considered the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges incurred as a result of refused order will be charged to the customer; including the original and return shipping charges. A 30% restock fee is applied for refused orders. In the event an order is requested to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
The customer is also responsible for a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders. Once an order is approved, processed and fulfilled, cancellation fees will apply. These charges will be placed on your account if no response is received within 7 business days from time of order.

NexGen offers warranty as under:
Phones New
- Within 14 days 100% customer pays for shipping
- 15 days to 30 days 30% restocking fee ( as prices do change on phones 31 days no return)
Phones RB
- Within 30 Days %100
- Within 31-60 days 30% restocking fee
- 61 days no return
Accessories
- Within 14 days full refund
- Within 15 days to 45 days 30 % restocking fee
- After 46 days no return

How Do I process a RMA?

Go to my account and login
Click on RMA
Select the product you want to return
Submit the form
You will receive a confirmation email
Your sales rep. will call you with Authorization number.
What is the Return Policy?
NexGen offers a 1 week return or exchange policy on new products shipped from our New Jersey warehouse. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns are accepted without an RMA number. An RMA number will be issued once the proper forms are completed. All credits or exchanges for returns are pending inspection by NexGen. All returns will be handled in the form of credit or exchange only, no refunds. The shipping charges for return are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments should be insured and shipped using a method that allows the package to be traced. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Additional important details and exceptions as follows:
- No returns on items under $2.00
- Products must be returned in original packing with box and all items.
- No returns on custom or special orders
- No returns on items purchased as clearance sales
- Packaging and Shipping costs are non-refundable
- New products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and inclusive of all parts or components
